Submission Guidelines
General Requirements
Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English
Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title and authors)
Originality: Work must not have been previously published
Ethics: Research must comply with ethical standards
Registration: At least one author must be registered for the congress

Initial Screening

Best Abstract Awards
Outstanding abstracts will be recognized with awards in various categories. Winners will be announced during the congress and receive certificates and prizes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit multiple abstracts?
Yes, you may submit multiple abstracts, but each must be for different research work. Each abstract requires a separate submission.
What if my research is still ongoing?
Preliminary results are acceptable for poster presentations. However, oral presentations should present completed or near-completed research.
Can I change my submission after the deadline?
Minor corrections may be allowed within 7 days after the deadline. Major changes will not be accepted.
How will I know if my abstract is accepted?
All authors will receive notification via email by May 31, 2026. Please ensure your contact information is correct.
Is there a submission fee?
No, abstract submission is free. However, presenting authors must be registered for the congress.
